Does the system support US dollar settlement?
The system supports various payment methods, with local currency payments as the default option. However, it also supports US dollar settlements. To confirm the specific payment and settlement currencies, contact Antom Business Development.
Does the system support manual settlement?
No, manual settlement is not supported. Settlements are automatically initiated by default. Once the settlement cycle is completed, settlements will occur automatically if the account balance meets the required minimum amount.
When will the settlement be initiated?
Settlement initiation is based on the period defined in the contract. For example, in a T+4 scenario, "T" indicates the trading day, and "4" signifies the fourth working day. If the minimum settlement amount is reached by the fourth day, settlement will be initiated. Note that settlements are not processed on holidays.
I settled successfully, but why have I not received the funds?
If the settlement was successful but you have not received your funds, the following reasons may apply:
- Bank side payment failed
- Account Error

If I sign up for multiple payment methods, can I settle in the same currency?
This depends on the signed contract. For the same currency, the same settlement period supports consolidated settlement.
For cross-currency settlements, what is the applicable exchange rate?

I initiated a transaction but did not receive the settlement reports via SFTP after the M+4 monthly closing period. What could be the reason?
Possible reasons are as follows:
- The minimum settlement amount is not reached.
- The payment date has not occurred yet.
