Settlement & Transactions
1. How to check my settlement capability and bank account information?
Click Finance > Settlement overview to check your settlement contract information and bank account information.
2. How to find my settled and unsettled statement?
Click Settled to check statement by batch view or detailed view.
Click Unsettled to view unsettled transaction summary and statement.
3. How to download settlement and transaction reports?
Step 1: Click Export to go to the download page.
Step 2: Download the data that has been selected on the previous page and select your desired file format and fields.
Step 3: Click View Downloads. Check the download progress and download your desired reports.
You can also download reports on the Settlement reports page.
4. How to view transaction details?
Go to Transaction > Transaction query, and you can search specific transactions by transaction creation time, currency, payment method type, serial no., and more.
Click Transaction ID to go to the Transaction details page where you can find detailed information and related transactions.
5. How to initiate a transaction refund?
Step 1: Search the desired transaction, and click Transaction ID.
Step 2: Click the Refund button.
Step 3: Enter the refund amount, and choose the reason for the refund. After you confirm the refund, you are required to enter your payment password.
To change the payment password, click Change password.
6. How to apply for an invoice?
Step 1: Go to Finance > Invoices, and select the date to locate the records.
Step 2: Select the records to be invoiced and click Download.
7. How to check my settlement calendar, settlement records, and ending balance?
Go to Finance > Settlement overview to check your settlement calendar with bank holidays, settlement records, and the ending balance of each day.
