Reconciliation files consist of transaction file and settlement file. Settlement files from SFTP and Alipay global site also contain a summary file. Files obtained from SFTP and Alipay global site are slightly different in naming convention and contents.

#Transaction file

Transaction files contain transaction record of the selected time period.

Depending on where you download the file, the file name might consist of different parts. See the following table for details.

#Settlement file

Settlement files contain the settlement record of the selected time period.

Note:

The settlement files you download from Alipay global site and SFTP are compressed into a .txt file. The .txt file contains the settlement summary file and the settlement file. The naming convention of the .txt file is <PID>_settlement_<date>.<file_suffix>, for example, 2088000000000000_settlement_20191216.txt.
