Schedules

The following schedules apply to Alipay Merchant Services provided by Alipay Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited (“Alipay”) and should be read together with the services agreement that a merchant enters into with Alipay:

AMS Terms and Conditions – These terms and conditions apply generally to the use of Alipay Merchant Services.

Alipay China Wallet Terms and Conditions – These terms and conditions apply to the use of Alipay China Wallet.

Payment Methods Terms of Use– These terms apply to the use of specific Payment methods.

Prohibited and Restricted Products List – Merchants must not use Alipay Merchant Services for prohibited products on this list, and must comply with relevant requirements to use Alipay Merchant Services for products and services on the restricted list.

AMS Terms Definitions – These definitions apply to all of the above schedules.

Forms

Country Addendum – Form of country addendum for provision of Alipay Merchant Services to an existing Merchant’s affiliate, subject to compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Alipay internal policies.
