Integration guides

Prerequisites

Before starting the integration, ensure that you have completed the following steps:

  • Sign up for an Antom account.
  • Set up a key.
  • Test in a sandbox.

Integration steps

The marketplace mode provides abilities for sub-merchants to onboard, pay, settle, refund, reject, and reconcile. The main integration steps are as follows:

  1. Sub-merchant onboarding

Step 1: Sub-merchant onboarding

Onboarding sub-merchants to Antom is a prerequisite for enabling payment, settlement and other funding services. Sub-merchants under the marketplace are composed of sellers, influencers, and service providers who have settled on the platform. To onboard a sub-merchant, the marketplace must call the interface and pass in the sub-merchant's response information. Refer to Onboarding for specific steps on how to onboard a sub-merchant.

Step 2: Payment

Antom provides several types of payment methods, including card and non-card payment methods. Non-card payment methods include Alipay+ payment method, wallet, mobile banking app, bank transfer, and online banking. There is a slight difference in integration between card and non-card payment methods. For the integration of the two different types of payment methods, refer to: Non-Card payments and Card payments.

Step 3: Settlement

The settlement capabilities provided by Antom need to be initiated by calling the interface on the marketplace side. The marketplace and influencers or service providers under the marketplace can participate in the flexible settlement of seller-side transactions. Once the flexible settlement is completed, Antom settles and transfers funds to all parties on the agreed settlement date. After the payment is processed, Antom informs the marketplace of the settlement result through the notification API. Refer to Settlement for more details.

Step 4: After payments

Cancel

When a buyer cancels, makes duplicate payments, or the marketplace identifies transaction risks for unfinished transactions, call the cancel API cancel the transaction. Refer to Cancel for more details.

Refund

After the payment is completed, if a buyer initiates a refund, it can be initiated by calling the refund API. Refund sources of marketplace mode include the sub-merchant, marketplace side, and pending funds section. Refer to Refund for more details.

Chargeback

Chargeback ability targets card payment methods. Refer to Chargeback for more details.

Step 5: Reconciliation

Antom performs settlement with the marketplace and sub-merchants on the predetermined settlement date, generating both transaction and settlement detail reports for the respective settlement batches. Refer to Reconciliation for more details.
