Airport kiosk refund

The following figure illustrates the work flow for an airport kiosk refund:

1. After making a purchase, the customer will get a tax refund form from the merchant. Upon arriving at the airport, the customer will need to use this form to get a tax refund.
2. At the airport landside, there should be tax refund machines for the customer to match the tax refund form with the passport information. After customs' confirmation, the tax refund company will receive the data from the tax refund machine.
3. At the airport airside's tax refund machine, the customer must input passport information, choose Alipay as the tax refund method, and input phone number or scan the Alipay barcode. The machine will first send the data to the tax refund company, then pass the data to Alipay to fetch the Alipay account information.
4. Alipay returns and processes the account information and displays it on the machine. The customer needs to confirm the information.
5. The tax refund company sends all the collected information to Alipay by the real-time API.
6. Alipay receives and processes the request, and refunds the money to the Alipay user.
7. Alipay provides the bill files for the tax refund company, and the tax refund company should remit the funds to Alipay within the agreed period and upload the remit file on the SFTP server.
