Before the order is closed, call the inquiryPayment API to inquire about the payment status. If the payment succeeds, proceed with the transaction. If the payment fails, call the cancel API to cancel the payment.

Take actions according to the error code returned by the pay API.

What is the minimum payment and refund amount allowed?
