APO (Antom Payment Orchestration) is an all-in-one global payment management platform from Ant Group. Via APO, you can easily access to over 100 acquirers and 300 payment methods worldwide, professional payment operation tools, and value-added payment capabilities. With the minimal time and effort devoted, you can improve the payment success rate and comprehensively manage global payment business more efficiently.

Integration capabilities

• SDK component: You can integrate the SDK component of card payment to add pages, such as the card information collection page, to your checkout pages. This capability is designed for non PCI-compliant merchants or merchants who prefer not to collect buyer card information by themselves.
• API only: You can integrate various capabilities such as payment, payment result inquiry, payment cancellation, and refunds through APIs.

Payment management

• Acquirer activation: Once signed the acquiring agreement with an acquirer, you can activate the acquirer on APO to facilitate information exchange with the acqurier. If you have signed the acquiring agreement with Antom, no need to activate Antom on APO additionally.
• Payment method activation: You can open or close specific payment methods on APO based on acquiring agreements with acquirers. If you have an acquiring agreement with Antom, no additional processing on the APO platform is required.

Payment routing

• Smart routing: By default, APO enables smart routing to prioritize payment success rates. Smart routing leverages big data and AI algorithms to intelligently select the best acquirer for each transaction. You can also choose to disable smart routing.
• Custom routing: You can also customize routing rules on the APO platform. Transactions that meet the rules will be routed to the target acquirer accordingly. Custom routing takes priority over smart routing. If smart routing is enabled, transactions that do not meet custom routing rules will be handled by smart routing to determine the best acquirer.

Daily transaction operations

• Transaction search and download: You can search for transaction records, such as the processing acquirer and the transaction status, and download them from the APO portal.
• Billing search and download: All financial reports adhere to APO standards. You can download financial reports from the APO portal or the SFTP server.

Value-added services

• Risk control: You can activate Antom's risk control capability on the APO platform to ensure every transaction undergoes risk consultation before execution. For more information on Antom's risk control capability, see Risk control.
