You can call the refund API to issue a refund, or issue a refund at Alipay Merchant Portal.

To issue a refund at Alipay Merchant Portal, log in to your account, go to My Transaction > Transaction Info, and then click Refund for the corresponding transaction.

如果您通过支付宝国际后台发起退款，您需要先登陆您的商家注册账户。然后点击My Transaction > Transaction info, 然后找到对应的交易点击右方 Refund 按钮来退款。
