The mini program of the Alipay HK client serves only the merchant or developer of the AlipayHK wallet. If you are a merchant or developer of the Alipay wallet, and you want to use the mini program of the AlipayHK wallet, apply to be a merchant for the AlipayHK wallet first and then download the IDE tool for development.
