Sending an email
You can contact Alipay technical support team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The technical team will respond to your email within 24 hours on working days.
Raising a service request
To open a support case for technical issues, go to Alipay Global Open Platform, click the chatbot icon in the lower right corner, and then click Raise a service request. Specify the required fields and submit the request. Alipay will respond to you as soon as possible.
Chating with chatbot
The chatbot is a avaiable 24/7. To use the chatbot, go to Alipay Global Open Platform, click the chatbot icon in the lower right corner, and then click Technical support. You will be redirected to the Ant Robo-Service page, where you can type key words of your questions to find answers.
If you cannot find the answer from chatbot, click Live Chat to contact technical support for help. The live chat service is available from 9:00 to 21:00 on working days.
