- Following the creation of the chargeback, you have a limited amount of time (usually 5-20 days, depending on the payment method provider and card scheme) to respond to the card issuer. This can vary from case to case. You can find the specific due date in the chargeback notification and must meet the due date.
- After you submit the evidence, the chargeback result usually comes out after 75-180 days depending on the card scheme.
