For fund operation requests, including the refunds, Alipay uses an idempotent mechanism to ensure the security of operations. For the same operation, no matter how many repeated requests are sent, the effect and the returned result remain the same.

In addtion, for Alipay payment requests, the idempotent parameter is the external transaction number, partner_trans_id or out_order_no. For Alipay refunds, the idempotent parameter is the external refund number, partner_refund_id or out_return_no.
