Error code MERCHANT_BALANCE_NOT_ENOUGH is returned by an interface.

Cause

The error code indicates the merchant does not have enough to-be-settled amount for the refund.

Solution

Currently, merchant's account does not support recharge by themselves. Follow the instructions below to solve this problem：

1. Wait until your account has enough money to support the refund . When the to-be-settled amount is enough, the refund is processed automatically.
2. For urgent refunds, contact customer directly and try to refund offline.

该报错表示商户待结算账户中没有足够的待结算金承担该笔退款。目前国际支付宝企业账户不支持主动充值，请继续等待，直到商户账户中有足以支持该笔退款的金额进入时，再次发起该笔退款。如急于为客户处理退款，请线下联系客户通过转账等其他方式退款。
