Answer:

When the transaction status is TRADE_SUCCESS (In-store payment) or TRADE_FINISHED (Cross-border payment), the order allows a refund.

At present, the available refund period of both contract are one year after order success, the contract signed with Alipay shall prevail.

境外业务的退款有效期限是多少？

解答：

当交易状态为TRADE_SUCCESS（境外当面付）或TRADE_FINISHED（境外收单）时，订单允许退款。

目前境外收单业务和境外当面付业务的退款有效期限均为1年，具体以与支付宝的签约合约为准。
