If a refund fails, you can troubleshoot according to the following steps:
- Verify if you have the access to use the refund interface.
- Verify if the PID used for the refund is the same with the PID used for the transaction.
- Verify if the refund is requested after the refund period specified in your contract with Alipay.
- Verify if your settlement account has enough money for the refund.
- Verify if the refund is requested for a transaction that is already refunded.
- Verify if the refund amount exceeds the original transaction amount.
