To declare to customs that are not in the customs code list,completed the following steps:

1. Contact the customs to check if the unified customs solution of General Administration of Customs can be used to declare to the customs.
2. If the unified customs solution can be used, register you company name and ID in the General Administration of Customs so you can declare to ZONGSHU.

对于未在列的其他关区申报，商户需要去找该海关关区去核实关区是否有对接总署的统一报关方案，如果有的话，商户前往总署报备企业的备案名和备案号，支付单推送总署即可。
