Why does the transaction show garbled in small language

Answer:

reason:The transaction files whcih downloaded from download menu on the global merchant portal is garbled in small language because our transaction is encoded in GBK by default.

If we want to support small language such as Japanese,Korean and so on.

Merchants are required to apply for configuration of personalized bills,just mail to verseas_support@service.alibaba.com with your account,garbled file and requirement.

原因：在门户网站下载下来的离线账单，内容是其他小语种的情况下乱码，是因为我们账单默认是用GBK编码，如果要支持其他外文如日文韩文等等,

需要商户申请配置个性话账单，直接提供账户以及乱码截图，说明需求。发邮件给技术支持团队overseas_support@service.alibaba.com处理
