How can I get auto-removed reconciliation files back in SFTP account if I forget to acquire previously?

Answer:

If you forget to acquire reconciliation files in Alipay SFTP account but still need it, you can use your PID registered email account to request Alipay Global Technical Support team (overseas_support@service.alibaba.com) the reconciliation files regenerated. Alipay Global Technical Support team would confirm with you and regenerate the reconciliation files back to your Alipay SFTP account so that you can download.

Notes:

1. Your reconciliation files would be kept in Alipay SFTP server for about 7 days after generation. If over 7 days, the reconciliation files might be removed for server security and server pressure easing.

如果您的SFTP渠道账单无法再下载到但确又需要此账单，您可以用使用PID注册邮箱发送邮件到支付宝国际技术支持团队（overseas_support@service.alibaba.com）说明情况并要求重新生成账单。国际技术支持团队会与您确认后将文件重新生成到贵司的SFTP路径下。

注意：

基于支付宝SFTP服务器安全性和承载压力考虑，SFTP渠道账单保存日期通常为7日左右。
