The transaction file shows scientific notation, how should I deal with it?

Cause:

The transaction file provided by Alipay is generally a txt or csv file separated by | in GBK code set.

If you open it directly with excel, the trade_no column and PID column may show scientific notation.

Solution:

It is not recommended to open the transaction file directly with excel, it is recommended to import it through "data" => "from text".

Step 1: Select "Original Data Type" as the separator, and "File Original Format" as GB2312.

第2步：Set the segmentation symbol to "other" and fill in the symbol "|"

第3步：Select the column and modify the "Column Data Format" to text.

Then click "Finish" and "Confirm".

原因：

解决方案：

不推荐直接用excel打开账单文件，建议通过“数据”=>“自文本”的方式导入。

第1步：选择“原始数据类型”为分隔符号，“文件原始格式”为GB2312。

第2步：设置分割符号为“其他”，填入符号“|”

第3步：选中列，修改“列数据格式”为文本。

之后点“完成”，“确认”。
