Alipay currently provides reconciliation files that contain a transaction file and a settlement file. The transaction file is used to review the transaction information, such as payments, reversals and refunds. The settlement file is used to perform the reconciliation, which records all the funding changes occuring during the settlement cycle.

Due to the limitation that funds cannot be remitted during Chinese public holidays, settlement records generated for multiple business days might be aggregated. For example, one settlement file might contain records for business days S-2, S-1 and S (S is the settlement day) in case of the two-day holiday in China.

The transaction file is generated during 9:00-10:00 on T + 1 (T is the transaction day) when the transaction exits on T and the cut-off time is 23:59:59. The settlement file is generated during 9:00-10:00 on S + 1 when the settlement exits on S.

Note: The time is China Standard Time.
