How can we help?

If you are using Alipay In-store Payment products, you can obtain the reconciliation files from Alipay global open platform or SFTP server.

SFTP (recommended)

To obtain your reconciliation files through SFTP, complete the following steps:

1. Contact Global Merchant Technical Support (overseas_support@service.alibaba.com) to submit your PID and public IP address with which you visit the SFTP server.

2. After receiving your request in step 1, Alipay will send you the SFTP login credentials within 3 working days.

3. Connect to SFTP server and download files. You can access through your program or software like Winscp or Filezilla according to your specific requirements. Use the following settings to log in and obtain files:

Port: 22

Host name: sftp.alipay.com/isftp.alipay.com

Username and password

Note：

The IP address must be a fixed IP and cannot be a LAN or network segment IP.

Alipay global open platform

Login to Alipay global open platform, go to Business Center – Online Payment/In store Payment Product – My Transaction – Transaction Info to view your transaction and settlement information.

境外当面付有2种方式获取账单。

一、SFTP（推荐）

联系支付宝国际技术支持overseas_support@service.alibaba.com，提供贵司的Partner ID和未来访问支付宝国际SFTP站点的固定IP地址（该IP地址需要非内网IP且不能是IP网段），支付宝国际技术支持将在您提供完整信息后的3个工作日内为您配置SFTP对账文件的账户。后续您可以安装访问SFTP的客户端（例如Winscp或者Filezilla等)，使用该账户登陆获取账单即可。

• Username and password （前往overseas_support@service.alibaba.com获取）

二、支付宝国际后台

前往支付宝国际后台，用支付宝海外企业账户登陆如下网站https://global.alipay.com/ilogin/account_login.htm，再前往Business Center>>>Online Payment/Instore Payment Product>>>My Transaction>>>Transaction Info种获取在线对账文件。
