How can we help?

Android phones can be installed with Alipay wallet and Alipay sandbox wallet at the same time, the two do not affect the use of each other.

Please note that the login accounts of the two wallet are different. Only Alipay buyer account in production environment can be used in the Alipay wallet.

For Alipay sandbox wallet, please use the buyer account in sandbox backend.

IOS phones can only install Alipay wallet, Alipay sandbox wallet are not available currently.

安卓系统的手机可以同时安装支付宝正式钱包和沙箱钱包，两者互不影响使用。请注意两者登陆账号不同，正式钱包只有正式注册的支付宝个人账号可以登陆；沙箱钱包只有支付宝国际沙箱平台的支付宝买家账号可以登陆。

IOS系统的手机只可安装支付宝正式钱包，不可安装沙箱钱包。
