Why is my secondary merchant registration rejected?

Answer：

Acquires call the queryStatus interface after they register the secondary merchant information. The "status" parameter returns "FAILED" and the "reject_reason" is "We are sorry to inform you that your request is rejected."

If the above response is returned, which means the secondary merchant information has not passed the AliPay review. Please check the secondary merchant information and resubmit the request. If you need to consult the reason for rejection, please contact AliPay Business Team(global.service@alipay.com).

为什么我的二级商户报备被拒绝了？

回答：

机构报备完二级商户之后，调用查询报备查询接口，“status”结果返回“FAILED”,"reject_reason"为“We are sorry to inform you that your request is rejected.”

如果出现以上返回结果，说明该二级商户未通过支付宝审核，烦请检查报备商户信息重新提交报备。如需咨询进一步驳回原因，烦请联系支付宝商服部门（global.service@alipay.com）。
