Question:

When the buyer pays, the mobile APP receives the error message "尊敬的用户你好，当前商户已达跨境支付当日收款上限，暂时无法收款。给你带来的不便，敬请谅解（ALIN43708）"

Casue：

There was an update for the interfaces of Alipay Cross-border payment product, which added two parameters, trade_information and refer_url. If the merchant has not done the upgrade, his account will be limited, and his website's payment will show this error.

Solution：

• After upgraded, please contact global.service@alipay.com to lift the limit.

问题：

买家支付时，手机端APP收到报错“尊敬的用户你好，当前商户已达跨境支付当日收款上限，暂时无法收款。给你带来的不便，敬请谅解（ALIN43708）”

原因：

2019年2月国际支付宝对境外收单产品做了接口升级尤其新增了trade_information及refer_url参数，但是商户并未按照最新的接口参数要求做好接口改造升级

解决方案：
