Question:

Request returns SECONDARY_MERCHANT_STATUS_ERROR. The client receives an error:商户状态异常，请联系商户核实信息。（ALIN43400）

Cause：

The secondary merchant status is abnormal:

1. 1. The secondary merchant's information at Alipay's side is incomplete.
2. 2. The secondary merchant is shut down.

Solution：

1. 1. Confirm that your account type is a Acquirer. If type is Merchant, please do not pass secondary merchant information fields in the request.
2. 2. Call query interface or go to the GM portal to confirm the status of this secondary merchant and ensure that the secondary merchant has successfully maintained.
3. 3. If your secondary merchant is closed, the email associated with your account will receive an email from Alipay Business Support (global.service@alipay.com), please check if you have received the email. If you encounter this error due to shutdown, please unblock the merchant according to the instructions in the email.

原因：

二级商户状态异常。请求中传递的二级商户信息，所代表的二级商户状态有误，信息不完整。

解决方案：

1、请确认您的账户类型是支付机构，如果是直连商户，请不要在请求中传递二级商户信息字段。

2、请调用接口或至GM portal确认一下这个二级商户的的状态，确保该二级商户已报备成功。

3、如果您的二级商户被关停，您账户关联的邮箱将收到来自global.service@alipay.com发来的邮件，请检查是否收到邮件。如因该原因遇到这个错误，请根据邮件的指导进行解封商户。
