Cause

The user is not an eligible customers of the Alipay payment products that you use.

Solution

Try solve the problem according to the following instructions:\

• For sandbox environment, ensure that you are using an Alipay Domestic account that has completed the Alipay real-name authentication.\
• For production environment, please contact the customer and instruct them to use an Alipay Domestic account that has completed the Alipay real-name authentication to retry the payment.

原因：

支付宝境外收单和境外当面付买家需要是实名认证过的大陆买家，如果买家类型不正确就会报这个错。

解决方案：

如果是在测试阶段出现这个报错，请检查测试所用的账号，是否实名认证过。

如果是在生成环境出现这个报错，需要让买家换一个实名认证过的账号用于支付。
